Domestic violence is a pattern of physical, sexual, and/or emotional control exercised by one partner over another. Being in a violent relationship is often painful and confusing, especially when there are still good times along with the bad. At WOMAN, Inc., our goals are to end abuse and to assist battered women in regaining control of their lives. Our methods are education, advocacy and counseling on a self-help and mutual support basis.

We offer many services to achieve this mission. Our services are comprehensive, accessible and bilingual, and are designed specifically to meet the diverse needs of battered women and their children.
